POST CNY

I had meant to get this post out since Thursday, but it went no where.
And right now, I guess CNY is way over alr, so what's the point to go into details? Overall, it was okay, since the angbao money I gotten was definitely more than before (Economy improving?) But the people were still the same. Lifeless, fake and unnatural. You know, like you see these distant relatives once every year, they are almost like strangers to you, yet you have to smile nicely to them ):
I know this is just downright wrong, but CNY only means to me so much: New clothes, money, good food.
And to mommy, it only means: splurging of money, hypocritical smiles and a bunch of nothing. (Well, the food part was the only thing she likes)
Okay, so let's just ignore the first 2 days, and hop to the third :D
But before that, V.DAY.
It was amazing, since there was a pretty cool atmosphere that day. You know, with the exchanging of presents and stuff.
And then after school, Baby handed me his house keys, and wanted me to go home and wait for him! To tell you the truth, the minute he handed me the keys, I really felt all fuzzy and touched. It was a blank out moment. I mean, my boyf just handed me the keys to his house leh!
HOWEVER, his mommy was at home (Beyond his predicament). So I ended up waiting at his void-deck for him.
Turns out, he rushed to Clarissa's house to get my present; a big heart-shaped cheese cake. Again, another blank out moment.
First time anyone does that for me, and the feeling was just so blissful and fuzzy.
Makes me feel wrenched, because I only cut out heart-shaped Hershey's for him ):
Okay, back to the third day.
Bee came to my house to Bai Nian to mommy. It was epic. So I was like, woke up early, showered and tried to look presentable for him. And when he came, he was a nervous wreck. He was very apprehensive about coming in the first place, saying my main door was the gates to hell, because he was so afraid of my parents. It was hilarious to see him being so polite and nervous at the same time.
He stayed for awhile, and mommy and him did manage small conversation. But he was just too nervous to make a good conversation out of this visit. It's quite a pity, since the two of them have so much in common, mommy actually wants to gang up with him and bully me!
After that, we went for lunch together :D Ate at Japanese Gourmet Town. And Bee was being sweeter than usual that day. Occasionally putting his arm around my waist the way I like it. And he was wearing a simple shirt that day with jeans. So it was quite a sight and I stalled with him TILL I WAS LATE FOR MEETING JULIA.
The two (Jul and I) of us, went to the arcade and splurge money like no one's business and gotten a really really ugly bear ): But oh well, she thinks it's cute.
What matter's was the fun right? Yeah, thought so.
Then, on Thursday
went to his house to Bai Nian. His mama cook for me! GOOD FOOD ONLY. it was quite scary to bai nian since like, first time. then his papa at home also!
but like he said, i'm the one in this relationship with the elephant skin. tsktsk.
The rest of the days, were spent with Jul, Hazel, YuHui, XinLing and Celine. They are really awesome company (: Fun ttm.
So that's the quick update. Pictures will have to wait.
Right now, I'm done watching Heroes. Must go do short story review liao. KILL ME ONLY.
